In the past few years, we have covered plenty of fascinating soft actuators. Hydrogel-based soft actuators can operate in sensitive environments but they have limits as far as water transport goes due to their poroelastic behavior. This video shows bioinspired soft actuators with based on thermoresponsive hydrogels with an integrated graphene network.
