This is the Grav Enhanced from Flexiv Robotics: a 2-in-1 robotic gripper that can handle a variety of objects, from groceries to automotive parts. In gecko grasping mode, this gripper uses gecko adhesive film technology to achieve firm grasps while minimize squeezing. It has max load capacity of 11lbs.

As you can see in the above video, this gripper can handle objects of varying shapes with using excessive force.
