Untethered Soft Tensegrity Robot Moving with Pneumatic Muscles

Here is a cool robot with a tensegrity design that uses pneumatic artificial muscles to move. Designed by Suzumori Endo Lab researchers, the robot uses its soft structure and those artificial muscles to move on the ground. It can also jump off of a bench. The below video shows it in action:

The robot changes its shape pneumatically to get rolling on the ground. Ryota Kobayashi, Hiroyuki Nabae, and Koichi Suzumori are behind this project.
